Terms and Conditions

Bookings
Deposit of £100 via crossed cheque made payable to M Pyper. Balance of payment eight weeks prior to arrival date, but bookings within eight weeks of arrival date are payable in full.

Cancellations
Should you have to cancel, every endeavour will be made to relet Taigh na h-aibhne. Your payment will be refunded if property subsequently is relet.

Arrival & Departures
Taigh na h-aibhne will be ready for you at 4pm.and should be vacated by 10am on day of departure.

Cleaning
The property should be left clean and tidy on departure.

Damages
All damages should be reported prior to departure. Damages and losses will be charged in full.

Pets and Smoking
Sorry! No smoking and no pets allowed on the premises.

Vehicles/Personal Property Insurance
As well as cancellation and curtailment insurance, it is recommended that holiday insurance is purchased to cover loss or damage to personal effects.
